Caroline Wright starts things off on the right foot this new year with her simple, healthful peanut butter smoothie recipes. This one is blended with blueberries, maple syrup, almond milk, and Smooth Operator peanut butter.

Yield: 2 smoothies

Ingredients

1/3 cup Smooth Operator peanut butter
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 cup almond milk
1 cup ice cubes

Directions

Combine all smoothie ingredients in blender jar; blend until smooth.
