We understand food service because our company was founded in food service. In 1998 Lee Zalben opened a small sandwich shop in New York City’s Greenwich Village called Peanut Butter & Co. Never in our wildest dreams did we think our little blue and white storefront would become an international tourist destination and a mecca for peanut butter lovers, and that we would end up creating a new product category – gourmet peanut butter!
