Double Peanut Butter Ice Cream
July is National Ice Cream Month! Celebrate by making this super easy and super tasty treat! Our recipe uses only four ingredients and there’s no cooking required. Take your summer up a notch and make this peanut butter ice cream combined with chopped roasted peanuts.

Ice cream maker
1 1/2 cups Peanut Butter & Co. Smooth Operator, divided
1 cup of sugar
3 cups cold half-and-half
1/2 cup chopped roasted salted peanuts
Combine 1 cup peanut butter, sugar, and half-and-half in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Freeze ice cream in the ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Just as the ice cream is almost finished churning, heat the remaining 1/2 cup peanut butter in the microwave just until softened and pourable, about 1 minute. Fold peanut butter and peanuts into ice cream and transfer to a container to freeze completely.
