Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

This chocolate peanut butter banana is the perfect smoothie to whip up as the weather starts to get hot. It is creamy, cold, healthy and delicious. What is better to keep your health and taste buds in check? The combination of decadent chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and sweet banana makes this smoothie truly amazing!

1/2 cup milk (any milk is fine)
3/4 – 1 cup ice (depending on preferred thickness)
1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or other preferred yogurt)
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Cocoa Peanut Powder
1/2 tsp xantham gum (optional, but makes it thicker!)
granulated sweetener to taste
1 tsp chocolate chips (for topping, optional)
1 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Vanilla Peanut Powder mixed with water to make a peanut sauce (for topping, optional)
Add all ingredients except for the last two to a blender. Use 3/4 cup ice for a thinner smoothie and 1 cup of ice for a thicker smoothie. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour smoothie into a tall glass. Top with peanut sauce, chocolate chips, and a slice of banana if desired. Enjoy!
