Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Yield: 1 large serving
1/2 cup milk (any milk is fine)
3/4 – 1 cup ice (depending on preferred thickness)
1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or other preferred yogurt)
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp. Peanut Butter & Co. Cocoa Peanut Powder
1/2 tsp. xantham gum (optional, but makes it thicker!)
granulated sweetener to taste
1 tsp. chocolate chips (for topping, optional)
1 tbsp. vanilla peanut powder mixed with water to make a peanut sauce (for topping, optional)
1. Add all ingredients except for the last two to a blender. Use 3/4 cup ice for a thinner smoothie and 1 cup of ice for a thicker smoothie. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour smoothie into a tall glass. Top with peanut sauce, chocolate chips, and a slice of banana if desired. Enjoy!
