I love peanut butter, but it's not the best choice when you're in a weight-loss program. I was surprised when I started seeing recipes calling for Peanut Powder, so I tried it, and it's great! So far, fruit dip peanut butter banana pancakes are my favorites, but I haven't come close to trying all the recipes I've found. Yes, I'll be back for more.
