Food Processor


1.5 cups raw nuts (we used a mix of almonds and cashews)

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/3 cup Peanut Butter & Co. Simply Smooth

1/4 cup cacao nibs

1/2 cup coconut oil melted and cooled

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon sea salt


  1.  Place raw nuts in the food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and process until a thick, sticky paste has formed.

  3. Roll the mixture into 16 individual balls

Cook Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer to keep fat balls firm.
