Chocolate Hazelnut Stuffed Pancakes
This is what I like to call breakfast: elevated. Move over chocolate chip pancakes there's a new boss in town: Chocmeister Stuffed Pancakes. Yum, yum, YUM!! Surprise your family with these pancakes that have a special filling that is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. What's better than having dessert for breakfast? A light and fluffy pancake on the outside and smooth chocolatey Chocmeister on the inside. This is the definition of having your cake and eating it too!

1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
The night before you want to make your pancakes, prepare your frozen Peanut Butter & Co. Milk Chocolatey Hazelnut Spread discs. Spread out 10 ¼ inch thick circles onto wax paper and freeze overnight. Keep frozen until ready to use.
For the pancakes: in a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Add eggs; mix slightly and continue adding remaining wet ingredients. Stir until well combined. Using 1/3 cup measuring scoop, ladle batter onto heated griddle or pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Cook 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear. Add frozen Peanut Butter & Co. Milk Chocolatey Hazelnut Spread disc to the center and top with additional pancake batter. Flip to finish cooking, and serve warm!
