White Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 cup sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
Peanut Butter & Co. White Chocolate Wonderful
1 (7 oz.) can marshmallow cream
1 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup melted white chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Add the evaporated milk and sugar and mix well.
- Stirring constantly on medium heat, bring to a full rolling boil. Cook until a candy thermometer reaches 234-degrees OR for four minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallow cream & Peanut Butter & Co. White Chocolate Wonderful. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour into 9″ x 9″ pan and top with melted white chocolate and peanut butter chips.
- Slice and enjoy!
