There is nothing easier than a bark. It’s just melted chocolate and mix-ins recombined and then broken up to make a very simple and delicious festive snack. This peanut butter bark adds dried apricots and chopped peanuts to swirls of melted white chocolate mixed with peanut butter.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes (plus chilling time)
Yield: 1 pound of bark
1 pound (16 ounces) white chocolate, melted, divided
¼ cup Smooth Operator peanut butter
½ cup chopped peanuts
½ cup thinly sliced dried apricots
1. Line a 9” X 13” rimmed baking sheet with wax paper.
Stir together peanut butter and 4 ounces of white chocolate. Pour 12 ounces white chocolate onto baking sheet. Pour peanut butter-chocolate mixture over, and use a spoon to swirl the two together. Scatter with dried apricots and peanuts.
3. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. Peel off wax paper before breaking into pieces.
