VIDEO RECIPE: White Chocolate Apricot Peanut Butter Bark

There is nothing easier than a bark. It’s just melted chocolate and mix-ins recombined and then broken up to make a very simple and delicious festive snack. This peanut butter bark adds dried apricots and chopped peanuts to swirls of melted white chocolate mixed with Peanut Butter & Co Smooth Operator.

Ingredients

1 pound (16 ounces) white chocolate, melted, divided 

¼ cup Peanut Butter & Co Smooth Operator 

½ cup chopped peanuts 

½ cup thinly sliced dried apricots 

Directions

  1. Line a 9” X 13” rimmed baking sheet with wax paper. 

  2. Stir together peanut butter and 4 ounces of white chocolate. Pour 12 ounces white chocolate onto baking sheet. Pour peanut butter-chocolate mixture over, and use a spoon to swirl the two together. Scatter with dried apricots and peanuts. 

  3. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. Peel off wax paper before breaking into pieces.
