VIDEO RECIPE: Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Ice Pops

Cool off this summer with peanut butter ice pops. Caroline’s four easy recipes can be made in 5 minutes or less. This one blends together banana, almond milk, and Peanut Butter & Co Smooth Operator.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas 

¼ cup brown sugar 

½ cup Peanut Butter & Co Smooth Operator

1 cup almond milk 


Special equipment: Popsicle molds 


Directions

  1. Combine bananas, brown sugar, Peanut Butter & Co Smooth Operator and milk in a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. 

Cook Notes

Pour smoothie mixture into 4, ½ cup-capacity pop molds. Freeze until firm, at least 3 hours. Store up to 2 weeks in freezer.
