VIDEO RECIPE: Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Ice Pops

Cool off this summer with peanut butter ice pops. Caroline’s four easy recipes can be made in 5 minutes or less. This one blends together banana, almond milk, and Smooth Operator peanut butter!

Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes (plus freezing time)
Yield: 4 pops (2 cups pop puree)
2 ripe bananas
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup Smooth Operator peanut butter
1 cup almond milk
Special equipment: Popsicle molds
1. Combine bananas, brown sugar, peanut butter and milk in a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
2. Pour smoothie mixture into 4, ½ cup-capacity pop molds. Freeze until firm, at least 3 hours. Store up to 2 weeks in freezer.
