VIDEO RECIPE: Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip

As delicious as it is simple to make, this yogurt dip is the perfect accompaniment for all kinds of fresh fruit! This wholesome combo is great to have after school, at work, or as a light dessert or snack after dinner!

Ingredients

1/3 cup Peanut Butter & Co. The Bee’s Knees

2 tablespoons honey, plus more for drizzling

1 1/2 cups plain whole Greek yogurt 

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Chopped roasted peanuts, for garnish 

Apple slices, strawberries, or other fruit for dipping

Directions

  1. Combine peanut butter and honey in a medium-size bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, or until melted.

  2. Add the yogurt, vanilla, and salt to the melted peanut butter and honey, and whisk until smooth and evenly combined.

  3. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped peanuts and drizzle with honey. Serve with apple slices, strawberries, or your other favorite fruit for dipping.
