  • Total Time:20 Minutes

Ingredients

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds), cut into 2-inch pieces

3 tablespoons cornstarch

1/4 cup hoisin sauce

1/4 cup Peanut Butter & Co The Bee’s Knees

1 tsp. sesame oil

3 tbsp. soy sauce

1 garlic clove, minced

1/8 tsp. cayenne

2 tbsp. peanut oil

2 tsp sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Season chicken in a large bowl with salt and pepper; sprinkle with cornstarch and toss to coat. In a medium bowl, whisk together hoisin, Peanut Butter & Co Bee's Knees, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, cayenne, and 1/2 cup water.

  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add chicken and cook, turning pieces occasionally, until browned on both sides and partially cooked through, about 8 minutes. Add sauce to skillet and cook, tossing, until chicken is fully cooked through and sauce has thickened, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
