VIDEO RECIPE: Peanut Butter Mango Lassi Ice Pops
Cool off this summer with peanut butter ice pops. Caroline’s four easy recipes can be made in 5 minutes or less. This one blends together mango, yogurt, and Peanut Butter & Co Smooth Operator.

2 cups chopped mango
2 tbsp. sugar
½ cup plain yogurt, preferably whole-milk
Combine mango, Peanut Butter & Co Smooth Operator and sugar in a blender and blend to puree. Add yogurt and blend until smooth, about 1 minute
Spoon yogurt mixture into 4, ½ cup-capacity pop molds. Freeze until firm, at least 3 hours. Store up to 2 weeks in freezer.
