VIDEO RECIPE: Maple Peanut Butter Pecan Pie
Pecan pies are a delicious fall treat and are perfect for a Thanksgiving day dessert. We’ve put a peanut buttery spin on the classic recipe and added the caramelized sweetness of maple syrup. This easy recipe only uses one bowl, and only takes five minutes of prep time!

Ingredients
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 large eggs
1 cup granulated white sugar
1/2 cup Peanut Butter & Co Mighty Maple
3 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 cups chopped pecans
1 frozen 9-inch deep-dish pie crust, unbaked
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk together corn syrup, maple syrup, eggs, sugar, Peanut Butter & Co Mighty Maple, butter, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in pecans and pour into crust.
Place pie on a baking sheet and bake until filling is set and slightly puffed—about 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Let pie cool at room temperature on a rack at least 3 hours.
