There is nothing easier than a bark. It’s just melted chocolate and mix-ins recombined and then broken up to make a very simple and delicious festive snack. This peanut butter bark adds dried cherries and chopped peanuts to swirls of melted white chocolate, dark chocolate, and peanut butter.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes (plus chilling time)
Yield: 1 pound of bark
12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted
4 ounces white chocolate, melted
1/4 cup Smooth Operator peanut butter
1/2 cup= chopped peanuts
1/2 cup= chopped dried cherries
1. Line a 9” X 13” rimmed baking sheet with wax paper.
2. Stir together peanut butter and 4 ounces of white chocolate. Pour melted bittersweet chocolate onto wax-paper-lined baking sheet. Pour peanut butter-chocolate mixture over, and use a spoon to swirl the two together. Scatter with chopped cherries and peanuts.
3. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. Peel off wax paper before breaking into pieces.
