VIDEO RECIPE: Dark Chocolate Cherry Peanut Butter Bark

There is nothing easier than a bark. It’s just melted chocolate and mix-ins recombined and then broken up to make a very simple and delicious festive snack. This peanut butter bark adds dried cherries and chopped peanuts to swirls of melted white chocolate, dark chocolate, and peanut butter.

Ingredients

12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted 

4 ounces white chocolate, melted 

1/4 cup Peanut Butter & Co Smooth Operator 

1/2 cup chopped peanuts 

1/2 cup chopped dried cherries 

Directions

  1. Line a 9” X 13” rimmed baking sheet with wax paper. 

  2. Stir together peanut butter and 4 ounces of white chocolate. Pour melted bittersweet chocolate onto wax-paper-lined baking sheet. Pour peanut butter-chocolate mixture over, and use a spoon to swirl the two together. Scatter with chopped cherries and peanuts. 

  3. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. Peel off wax paper before breaking into pieces.
