Ingredients
Directions
Cut 1-inch off top of paper liners to create shallow cup, about 1-inch tall. Line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with prepared liners. Place Peanut Butter & Co White Chocolatey Wonderful in a zip-top plastic bag and snip corner with scissors to create a small opening.
Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Working one at a time, place about 2 teaspoons chocolate in bottom of candy liner; use a pastry brush to thinly coat bottom and sides with chocolate. (Repeat with remaining liners before proceeding.) Tap the tin to get rid of air bubbles and to level the tops of the PB cups. Transfer muffin tin to freezer 5 minutes.
Divide peanut butter mixture among chocolate cups. Divide remaining chocolate among cups. Sprinkle cups with sea salt; refrigerate until hardened, at least 30 minutes. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container, wax paper between layers, up to 1 week.
