Peanut Butter S'mores Pops
These Peanut Butter S'mores Pops are the perfect summertime snack - no campfire necessary! We've used pretzel sticks in place of wooden popsicle or paper lollipop sticks which makes this treat 100% edible.

Ingredients
20 large marshmallows
20 long pretzel sticks
Approximately 5-6 graham crackers, crushed
1 cup Peanut Butter & Co. Simply Smooth
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Insert 1 pretzel stick into each marshmallow, set aside.
Mix Peanut Butter & Co. Simply Smooth and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, mixing between each, until the mixture is smooth and runny.
In a second microwave safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, mixing between each, until the chocolate is fully melted. You'll have to work quickly from here!
Using a spoon, drizzle approximately 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter and coconut oil mixture over the top of one marshmallow.
Immediately after, using another spoon, drizzle approximately 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate over the top of one marshmallow, on top of the peanut butter and coconut oil mixture, allowing it to drip down the sides.
Sprinkle crushed graham crackers to finish and place onto parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Repeat until all 20 marshmallows are coated in peanut butter mixture, chocolate, and crushed graham cracker.
Let the pops rest for approximately ten minutes. The coconut oil will cause the peanut butter to harden, and the melted chocolate will naturally harden. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
