Peanut Butter Date Yogurt Shake
I love recipes that are healthy enough for breakfast, but indulgent enough for dessert. They make breakfast feel like a special treat and dessert a lot less guilty! That was the inspiration behind this Peanut Butter Date Frozen Yogurt Shake; based on taste alone, you’d think you were indulging in an ice cream parlor treat. The surprising thing about this shake is that its flavor is reminiscent of a malted milkshake. It’s thick and rich, with the perfect amount of tang from Greek yogurt, a hint of natural caramel-like sweetness from dates, and a lovely nutty flavor from Peanut Butter & Co. Mighty Nut Flax & Chia powdered peanut butter.

Ingredients
3/4 cup milk (reduce to 1/2 cup for a super thick shake)
1/2 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Flax & Chia Peanut Powder
4 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
1/2 tsp vanilla
8 to 10 large ice cubes
Directions
Add the milk, yogurt, powdered peanut butter, dates, and vanilla to a blender and process until smooth.
Add the ice cubes and pulse until pulverized. Serve immediately.
