Peanut Butter Coconut Balls

You'll Need:

1/2 cup Peanut Butter & Co. Smooth Operator 
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 cup rolled oats (non-contaminated for gluten-free)

Directions: 
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined. Roll into 1” balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Yield: 20 1″ balls
