For kids everywhere, the highlight of any summer day is the afternoon visit from the ice cream man. Two of Lee’s favorites were the Toasted Almond Bar and the Orange Creamsicle. Think of this sandwich as a cross between the two. If you want to get fancy, you can cut the crusts off the bread to create a sandwich good enough for tea with the Queen.

Spread Peanut Butter & Co. White Chocolatey Wonderful on one slice of bread, and the Marmalade on the other.
Sprinkle the almonds on the peanut butter and top with the other slice of bread, marmalade side down.
Slice in half diagonally.
