This clever take on the caramel apple is perfect for holiday parties and gatherings. I love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate and the caramel on these simply take it over the edge! I like to think of it as an elevated peanut butter cup (with an apple in between). These are so delicious and a tasty way to finish off your meal!
Cook time: 2 minutes
Freeze time: 10 minutes
Total time: 12 minutes
Yield: 16 slices
2 Granny Smith apples
3/4 c. Peanut Butter & Co. Smooth Operator, warmed 30 seconds

- 3. Then dip into the melted caramel & freeze for another 3-5 minutes. Lastly, dip into the melted chocolate.
- 4. Place on a sil-pat to finish hardening, and decorate with sprinkles if desired!
