Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
Pancakes:
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Dark Chocolatey Dreams
1 whole egg
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
sweetener to taste (optional)
Toppings:
1 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Dark Chocolatey Dreams
1 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Smooth Operator
1 tsp crushed peanuts
1 tsp chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat pan or griddle to medium/high heat. Blend all pancake ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Spray pan/griddle with nonstick spray. Spoon batter onto pan/griddle to make 5 medium sized pancakes. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side.
Once cooked, microwave the Peanut Butter & Co. Dark Chocolatey Dreams and Peanut Butter & Co. Smooth Operator in separate small bowls until warm. Drizzle over top of the pancakes. Top with some crushed peanuts and a few chocolate chips if desired. Enjoy!
