Chocolate Peanut Butter Acai Bowl
This dense and smooth chocolate peanut butter acai bowl is packed full of nutrients. It has all kinds of vitamins thanks to the superfood acai and mixed berries. You really can’t beat this combination of sweet fruit and chocolate mixed with creamy peanut butter.

Ingredients
Acai Bowl
3/4 cup mixed frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1/2 cup frozen acai puree (1 100g package)
2/3 cup almond milk (or preferred milk, coconut water)
2 tbsp. Peanut Butter & Co. Cocoa Peanut Powder
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)*
Toppings
1/4 cup dark chocolate granola
1 tsp. mini chocolate chips
1 tbsp. Peanut Butter & Co. Cocoa Peanut Powder (mixed w/ water)
chopped strawberries
Directions
Add all acai bowl ingredients to a blender. Blend until a thick, smooth smoothie texture forms. Pour acai smoothie mixture into a bowl. Mix Mighty peanut powder with water until a thin peanut butter forms. Drizzle peanut butter over top of smoothie bowl. Top with granola, chocolate chips, and strawberries. Enjoy!
