Peanut Butter Acai Bowl
This acai bowl is both refreshing and deeply satisfying. Packed with nutrients and energy, it’s perfect for breakfast, a post workout snack, or even a late night treat.

200g frozen acai, slightly thawed
1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup mixed fruit (berries, banana slices, chopped kiwi or apples, etc.)
1 tbsp. granola
1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
Place the frozen acai, banana, and almond milk in a blender and pulse on high until smooth.
Pour the blended acai mixture into a bowl.
Top with additional fruit, Peanut Butter & Co. Simply Smooth, granola, and coconut flakes if using. Serve with a spoon and enjoy immediately.
