- Yield:2 servings
- Prep Time:6 minutes
- Cook Time:30 minutes
- Total Time:36 minutes
Ingredients
2 large, ripe pears
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill Classic granola
1/3 cup Smooth Operator peanut butter, warmed
1/4 cup fresh or dried blueberries
Directions
Preheat your oven to 360 degrees F. Slice the pears in half and remove seeds and core. Arrange on a baking sheet with the sliced sides facing up. If pears have trouble staying level, shave a bit off the bottom to create a flat surface.
Sprinkle the pears with cinnamon, then top with granola.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the pear is soft. Serve warm or at room temperature. Drizzle warmed peanut butter and sprinkle blueberries on top before serving.
