How will my order be shipped?
We currently only ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or DHL Globalmail. The carrier in which we choose to ship your order depends on the method you choose, your location, and the most efficient way to get your order to you. We currently offer Standard Shipping (2-7 days in-transit time) and Expedited 2-Day Shipping.
$2.99 Flat Rate Shipping for Orders $50 and Over
For orders with a subtotal of $50 and over, we offer a flat rate Standard Shipping method (2-7 days) for just $2.99. The subtotal must be $50 or over after all discounts have been applied. Please note, this shipping method is not available for non domestic destinations. Non domestic destinations include: Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories.
How long will it take my order to get to me?
Orders placed before 1:30 PM EST with Standard Shipping are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 1:30 PM EST with Expedited 2-Day Shipping are processed that day. Please note, any order placed after 1:30 PM EST, regardless of shipping method, will be treated as an order placed the following business day.
Note any federal holidays occurring between the time you place your order and its expected delivery date will delay your order accordingly.
Due to the fact that most of our products are food items, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. In the event your order does not arrive to your satisfaction, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and any additional details. Photos of any issues helps expedite the process of a possible refund or exchange.
