Vegan Peanut Butter Nice Cream with Peanut Butter Magic Shell

Do you ever want a sweet treat without the guilt? Look no further! This Peanut Butter Nice Cream with Peanut Butter Magic Shell is exactly what you’re looking for. You’ve heard of nice cream before I’m sure (that’s dairy-free, vegan ice cream made from bananas, if you haven’t!), but have you had it with the Peanut Butter & Co. peanut powder? Not only are you getting a sweet frozen treat, but now you can have it with added protein! But wait. The fun doesn’t stop there! Everyone loves a little bit of chocolate on their ice cream right? Did you know you can make your own ‘magic shell’ right at home? It’s a whole lot better than the store bought version and amped up with even more peanut butter goodness!
Overnight freeze time, 10 minutes active prep time
Yield: 1 cup nice cream, 3/4 cup Peanut Butter Magic Shell
For the Peanut Butter Nice Cream
2 1/2 c. sliced frozen bananas
1 tbsp. Peanut Butter & Co Pure Peanut peanut powder
For the Peanut Butter Magic Shell
3/4 c. dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. Peanut Butter & Co. Pure Peanut peanut powder
- 1. Slice bananas, and freeze them overnight.
- 2. Using a high quality food processor, process frozen banana slices along with Peanut Butter & Co. Pure Peanut peanut powder until smooth and creamy. May require some pausing and adjustments until desired consistency is achieved.
- 3. For the peanut butter magic shell melt together the dark chocolate and coconut oil until completely melted and smooth. Whisk in the Peanut Butter & Co. Pure Peanut peanut powder.
- 4. Pour the magic shell over the nice cream.
- 5. Crack and enjoy!
