Three Ingredient Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Apple Galette
1 9oz Puff Pastry sheet
½ cup Peanut Butter & Co. Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Peanut Butter
Remove cores from apples and thinly slice. Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper. Unroll one 9-oz. sheet puff pastry and roll to make 10-inch square, and place in pan. Use a knife to lightly score a 1 inch border all around the edges of the pastry. Use a fork to prick holes all over the center of the pastry. Spread the middle of the dough with Peanut Butter & Co. Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Peanut Butter and then layer on 2 thinly sliced apples. Bake in a 400º F oven, until the pastry is golden brown and flaky, and the apples are tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
