Skinny Strawberry Smoothie


Smoothies are a terrific way to fuel up in the morning, before or after a workout, or anytime you want to enjoy a cool, creamy treat.  This skinny smoothie is made with our Vanilla Peanut Powder, which provides protein and delicious peanut butter flavor, with less fat than traditional peanut butter.  

Tastes like “Strawberries & Cream” ice cream!

Ingredients

1 cup whole frozen strawberries (about 10-12)

1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp. Peanut Butter & Co Vanilla Peanut Powder

3/4 cup lowfat or nonfat dairy or plant-based milk

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and secure lid.

  2. Use pulse setting on blender to process ingredients until smooth.

  3. Enjoy immediately in a chilled glass.
