Supplies

Stand Mixer or Electric Hand Mixer 

Ingredients

1 cup uncooked quick oats 1 cup flour

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

½ cup Peanut Butter & Co. Peanut Powder - Pure Peanut

2 tsp water 1 tsp vanilla

¾ brown sugar

½ cup butter

1 egg ½ cup of chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, whisk oats, dry flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and Peanut Butter & Co. Peanut Powder - Pure Peanut until well combined.

  2. In separate bowl cream sugar & butter. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and water. 

  3. Mix until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Bake for approximately 18 minutes
