Peanut Butter Cookies & Cream Nice Cream

You don't actually need a fancy machine to make your own ice cream at home. All you need to make summer's best treat is a food processor and four simple ingredients. Just slice and freeze bananas ahead of time and you'll be enjoying this plant-based nice cream in only ten minutes! Did someone say "nice cream party"? Pro tip: warm a few tablespoons of peanut butter and drizzle it on top for max deliciousness.

Food processor


6 frozen bananas, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup plant-based milk (almond, soy, coconut, oat)

3/4 cup Peanut Butter & Co. Simply Smooth

1/2 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies


  1. In a food processor, combine frozen banana slices and plant-based milk by pulsing until just smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides with a spatula.
  2. Add Peanut Butter & Co. Simply Smooth and pulse to combine. Be careful not to over blend.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a storage container and fold in crushed sandwich cookies. Enjoy immediately, or cover and store for up to a week.
