Peanut Butter & Co. Sandwich Shop: The Cookie Dough Sandwich
Meet the Cookie Dough Sandwich! When you own a sandwich shop or a restaurant with a small kitchen, you have to find multiple uses for ingredients. Lee was experimenting with other ways to use our Vanilla Cream Cheese, which is used in the Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Sandwich, and thought to try it with peanut butter and chocolate chips. Much to his surprise, the sandwich reminded him of cookie dough, and a new sandwich was born!

Ingredients
2 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Smooth Operator or Crunch Time
2 tbsp Vanilla Cream Cheese
2 slices white bread
2 tbsp semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Spread the Peanut Butter & Co. Smooth Operator on one slice of bread.
Spread the cream cheese on the other slice of bread.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips on the peanut butter and top with the other slice of bread, cream cheese side down.
Slice in half diagonally.
