Peanut Butter & Berry Yogurt Parfaits
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter & Co. The Bee’s Knees
- ¼ cup strawberries, sliced
- ¼ cup granola
- Additional/alternative fruit toppings: raspberries, banana slices, pomegranate seeds, blueberries
Place about half of the yogurt in the bottom of a jar or bowl. Top with a tablespoon of Peanut Butter & Co. The Bee’s Knees, half the strawberries and other fruit, and two tablespoons granola. Repeat the layers and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve—or enjoy immediately because do you really want to wait?
