Ingredients
2 slices Whole Grain Bread
1-2 tablespoons Peanut Butter & Co. Smooth Operator
1-2 tablespoons jam
A pastry or tart press
Directions
- Spread Peanut Butter & Co. Smooth Operator on one of the two slices of bread. Spread jam on the other slice of bread - you can either spread liberally or a thin layer – whichever your preference!
- Place one slice of bread, topping side down, on top of the other slice.
Center the pastry press on top of the sandwich, and press down. You'll be left with a perfect circular sandwich - sans crust!
