No-Crust Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich

You'll Need:
2 slices Whole Grain Bread

1-2 tablespoons Peanut Butter & Co. Smooth Operator
1-2 tablespoons jam 
A pastry or tart press

Directions:
Spread Peanut Butter & Co. Smooth Operator on one of the two slices of bread. Spread jam on the other slice of bread - you can either spread liberally or a thin layer – whichever your preference! Place one slice of bread, topping side down, on top of the other slice. Center the pastry press on top of the sandwich, and press down. You'll be left with a perfect circular sandwich - sans crust!
