Halloween No Crust Sandwiches

Ghost and pumpkin shaped cookie cutters, small round cutting tool or thin chopstick
Ingredients
4 slices of soft whole grain bread
3 tablespoons Peanut Butter & Co Smooth Operator
1 tablespoons blackberry jam
1 tablespoons apricot jam
Directions
Use cookie cutters to cut 2 slices of bread each. Set one of each aside and use a knife or other cutting tool to cut out eyes and a mouth on one slice for each shape.
Spread peanut butter on the slices of bread without facial features. Add blackberry jam on the ghost shaped slice, and apricot jam to the pumpkin shaped slice, approximately where the eyes and mouth will be.
Place the slices of bread with facial features over the slices with the peanut butter and jam. Use the tines of a fork or a thin chopstick to bind the sandwich ends together, using perforations or mashing the edges. Enjoy immediately!
