Gluten Free Peanut Butter Protein Oat Bowl

1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Organic Protein Oats
2-1/2 cups water or dairy or plant-based milk, depending on oat preparation.
1/3 cup Peanut Butter & Co Smooth Operator peanut butter spread, gently warmed
1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
1/3 cup frozen berries, thawed (if using fresh berries, lightly crush them to release some of the juice)
1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Start by preparing your oatmeal. If preparing on stovetop, place the water in small saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the oats and stir for 12-15 minutes, depending on desired texture. If preparing using an overnight soak, combine the oats and water or dairy or plant-based milk in a bowl and cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
Spoon oats into bowl. Pour peanut butter over half of the oats.
Arrange the apple and berries on the oats and peanut butter. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts and chia seeds on top. Serve immediately.
