Chocolate Hazelnut French Toast Sandwich

Chocolate Hazelnut French Toast Sandwich

1 tsp cinnamon 

2 tbsp granulated sugar 

3 large eggs 

1/4 cup skim milk 

1 tsp vanilla 

8 slices white bread 

3 tbsp salted butter 

3/4 cup Peanut Butter & Co. Milk Chocolatey Hazelnut Spread 

more cinnamon & sugar for topping 


  1. In a small mixing bowl combine the cinnamon and sugar until mixed. Next, in a baking dish whisk the eggs, skim milk, vanilla, and cinnamon sugar until combined.

  2. Pre-heat a flat pan or griddle over medium heat. Once warm, coat with a few teaspoons of butter. Next, dredge two slices of bread in the egg mixture, coating on both sides. Transfer bread to the heated and buttered griddle, then cook for ~2 minutes on either side until golden. Re-grease your griddle with butter in between batches, and repeat until all ingredients have been used.

  3. When ready, slather a heaping scoop of Peanut Butter & Co. Milk Chocolatey Hazelnut Spread onto one slice of bread, spreading it out to the edges. Top with another French toast slice, then sprinkle with additional cinnamon and sugar if you’d like. Slice, then eat!
