Banana Split Overnight Oats

When the weather is too hot to cook but you still want a delicious and filling breakfast, these banana split overnight oats are an awesome option. Made to taste like your favorite dessert, you will wonder whether you are eating breakfast or dessert. 

Oats are packed with fiber and nutrients and help keep you full. The milk and yogurt have calcium and protein. The fruit has fiber and vitamins and the chocolate, well, that is just for fun! This overnight oats recipe is drizzled with Peanut Butter & Co. Almond Butter instead of hot fudge or caramel for a more nutritious, yet still delicious topping.

Ingredients

Overnight Oats 

1 1/2 cup oats 

1 1/4 cups milk 

1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 

2 tbsp chia seeds 

2 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Almond Butter 


Banana Split Toppings 

2 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Almond Butter 

1/4 cup sliced strawberries 

1/2 banana, sliced 

2 tsp dark chocolate shavings 

2 cherries 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together for overnight oats. Preferably, let sit in fridge overnight or for at least two hours. 

  2. Divide oats into two bowls or jars. Heat up Peanut Butter & Co. Almond Butter for about 30 seconds and drizzle on oats. Top with strawberries, bananas, dark chocolate and a cherry. Enjoy!
