Are you anything like me-you need to eat breakfast, but sleeping > anything else? Ya, that's where these peanut butter overnight oats come in. Make them the night before or make a couple for the week. They just take 5 minutes and nearly no effort. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Add oats, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, chia seeds, vanilla, sliced banana, and a dash of vanilla & cinnamon. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Fluffy pancake stack for your Monday!! I actually had these yesterday after my run bc I was at home && had my kitchen🤫🤫 Pancakes are my favorite and definitely one of the things I miss most being in a dorm room. Also they’re the bomb after long runs AND yesterday was my last one before the marathon in 2 weeks. I’m super excited but also pretty ready to have it done with. My body is #tired ☠️ • • • Pancakes➡️ A hefty 1/2 cup @birchbenders mixed with cinnamon, a dash of baking powder and 1/4 cup water. Then I let the batter sit for awhile, like 5 mins which makes them super fluffy. Topped with banana, dark chocolate chips, @peanutbutterco sugar free peanut butter, maple syrup and frozen raspberries🥞🍌🍫🥜

𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐓 𝐁𝐔𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐉𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐘 𝐁𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐍𝐈𝐄𝐒🥜🍓 (yasssss!) I saw these brownies on @nourishing_emma Emma’s feed a couple months ago & I couldn’t stop thinking about them😫 These bad boyzzzz are perfectly moist & gooey, literally everything you’d want in a brownie👌🏼 what’s more, they’re GLUTEN FREE & OIL FREE as well!!😍 who said you have to sacrifice yum food to be healthy?!

𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞🤤 INGREDIENTS: - 1 cup @bobsredmill gf oat flour - 4 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/3 cup coconut sugar (modified for a less sweetened version) - 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax seeds + 3 tbsp water) - 3/4 cup plant milk (I used @oatly chocolate oat milk) - 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter + more for the swirl on top - 1/2 cup FROZEN raspberries + more for topping ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

METHOD: 1. Make a flax egg by mixing the ground flax seeds + water and set aside for around 20 minutes to thicken. 2. Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking pan. 3. Combine dry ingredients(flour, cacao powder, coconut sugar, baking powder) in a mixing bowl then mix in the wet ingredients (plant milk, flax egg, peanut butter). 4. When everything’s well combined, fold in the frozen raspberries. 5. Transfer the brownie mixture in the lined baking pan and here comes the most important part! 🤩 Make peanut butter swirls on top using a knife and top it with frozen raspberries. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes and let it cool thoroughly before you dig in! (yep, I’m selling these on @plants.baked but I really don’t mind sharing the recipe haha :p) (You’ll be very much appreciated if you buy my goodies & support me in buying a camera🤣)

What Instagram doesn’t tell you: making banana sushi is messy AF!😬 But the heart wants what the heart wants & there’s no way I was about to deny it some CHOCOLATE PB BANANA SUSHI!🤤 . I’ve been wanting to make this for such a long time now & I have to say, it totally lived up to the hype! (But then again can you really go wrong with banana & pb?!😉) And adding @safeandfair sweet & salty granola definitely put it over the top! My mind’s already racing with other combos I want to try...or other things to turn into sushi... Hmmm could a cucumber work??🤔 We’ll have to see!😋 . Pro tip: FREEZE YOUR SUSHI SLICES!🥶 . 𝐆𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 🥞 ✨ Made these for brunch yesterday and oh boy, they were the BEST, the FLUFFIEST pancakes I’ve ever made!!🙌🏼 Thank you so much @charlotteemmma for the self-raising flour hack when making pancakes! It worked wonders and made the pancakes fluffed up perfectly👌🏼😍 I highly recommend you making these for breakfast on #pancakesunday (or literally any day)🤤 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞 INGREDIENTS: - 1/2 cup self-raising flour (I used a gf one from @orgranfoods ) - 1/2 tsp ground ginger - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 tbsp coconut sugar - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 cup almond milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ METHOD: 1. Combine all ingredients(dry then wet) in a mixing bowl then set aside while you preheat a non-stick pan. 2. Cook ~3 tbsps of batter per pancake, flip once bubbles start to appear then cook the other side for 2-3 minutes. 3. Serve them up and enjoy! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ TOPPINGS: - @peanutbutterco old fashioned smooth pb - @alpro vanilla soy yogurt - @plants.baked chai spice granola - @navitasorganics cacao nibs - fresh berries

Energy&protein balls bc it’s Friday aka my busiest class day of the week aka my 5 h**r lab aka I need the energy lol. Also the fun thing about these is I made them in my dorm so that’s cool. No baking involved— was a lil messy tho!! Perfect snacks on the go. Inspired by my buddy @avacadoeats hehehe 🤠 • • • ENERGY BALL RECIPE➡️ -2 cups @sevensundaysmn muesli (they sell at Whole Foods now!! though if you don’t have it, you could substitute for rolled oats + dried fruits/nuts) -1/2 cup nut butter partially melted (I used @peanutbutterco honey PB) -about a tablespoon of flaxseed -lots of cinnamon -2 scoops protein powder (I used @ancientnutrition plant protein) -1/4 cup honey -2 tablespoons almond milk, to make it less dry Mix all together, form balls, and freeze!!🥜🥜🥜
