We’ve taken quality USA grown high oleic peanuts, roasted them, and pressed them to remove the oil. What remains is low fat, high protein peanut powder. We added a touch of vanilla and cane sugar to give this variety a bit of sweetness. Blend with your favorite milk, add to oats and refrigerate overnight for the perfect PB overnight oats, bake into cupcakes, or just add water and spread onto whole wheat toast.
