Peanut Butter & Berry Yogurt Parfaits

Breakfast on the go or breakfast in bed… a Peanut Butter Berry Yogurt Parfait is a delicious way to start the day. If you are working or learning from home, this is a great breakfast for meal prepping! Start your day energized!

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons Peanut Butter & Co. The Bee’s Knees

¼ cup strawberries, sliced

¼ cup granola

Additional/alternative fruit toppings: raspberries, banana slices, pomegranate seeds, blueberries

Directions

  1. Place about half of the yogurt in the bottom of a jar or bowl.  

  2. Top with a tablespoon of Peanut Butter & Co. The Bee’s Knees, half the strawberries, and other fruit, and two tablespoons granola.

  3. Repeat the layers and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve—or enjoy immediately, because, do you really want to wait?
