Peanut Butter Bananamilk Oats

You'll Need:
1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
2 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Simply Smooth
1 3/4 cups Mooala Original Bananamilk
1 ripe mashed banana
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: 1-2 tsp maple syrup or cane sugar to lightly sweeten
Topping inspiration: we topped ours with sliced bananas, a spoonful of Simply Smooth, and blueberries

Directions:
Heat Mooala Original Bananamilk in a saucepan over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Stir in oats, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook until combined (about 2 minutes). Add Peanut Butter & Co. Simply Smooth, mashed banana, spices and sweetener, and stir to combine. Have fun with your toppings! We topped ours with sliced bananas, a spoonful of Simply Smooth, and blueberries.
