How long will it take my order to get to me?

We currently ship our products with UPS.  Please note that UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping times vary according to the distance from warehouse.  UPS Ground Service for addresses in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut is typically 1 business day.  UPS Ground Service for addresses in California is typically 5 business days.

 

For all orders to PO Boxes, APO's, or FPO's, customers need to select USPS. If you forget to select USPS, there will be a delay in your order.


All orders to be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, or Puerto Rico must be shipped via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air.  Orders to these states with other shipping methods selected will be liable to a surcharge.

 

Below is a more specific turnaround schedule for orders placed.

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders placed over the weekend and up to 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday
  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday
  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday
  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Thursday will be shipped on Friday
  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday
