No-bake cookies are a wonderful way to produce a delicious treat without all the hassle of mixing and baking. To make these delicate peanut butter cookies you boil all of the ingredients for a minute, then let the batter chill until they are ready to enjoy. The absence of flour also makes them perfect for those allergic to wheat because they are naturally gluten-free.
Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Total time: 12 minutes
Yield: 3 dozen cookies
Ingredients
2 cups granulated sugar
1 stick unsalted butter
½ cup whole milk
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup White Chocolate Wonderful peanut butter
3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
Procedure
1. In a large pot bring the sugar, butter, and milk to a boil for one minute. Remove the pot from the heat and immediately stir in the salt and peanut butter, until the peanut butter is completely smooth and incorporated. Fold in the oats with a spatula until evenly distributed.
Line two baking sheets with wax paper and drop the batter by rounded tablespoonfuls on it. The spacing can be close since the cookies will not expand. Place them in the fridge to chill or at least 2 hours. Lift off the wax paper with a spatula and enjoy!

We love “No-Bakes” and I love White Chocolate Wonderful, so I think I’m going to make your recipe! Another no-bake recipe I like is for Cereal (Corn Flakes or Special K) Bars. I boil sugar & corn syrup (honey works, too), then add peanut butter and cereal. We love the flavor and texture (chewy & crunchy)
Thanks for the giveaway!

Peanut butter and banana Rollups!
When I was a kid, I used to help make a dessert with my grandma. It started out with some type of “dough” made out of powdered sugar. Then we would spread peanut butter on top and then roll & slice. This blog post remind me of it and now I know the rest of my day will be me searching for it. Thanks for the reminder!
Was it potato candy? Mashed potatoes and powdered sugar as the base with pb spread on it and rolled up. So good!!

I mad this dip-type stuff one time. It has rice krispies, Skippy all natural PB, cinnamon, vanilla and brown sugar. Mix together and enjoy! It is thick so you can just eat it out of the bowl if you want, and it is crunchy from the krispies. You can taste the vanilla and cinnamon. You can also use stuff to scoop it, like strawberries, apple, celery, banana, carrot, pretzels, etc. or use it as a spread for toast or something. If you want I guess you could add or blueberries too. Craisins would prob be good in it. Anyway I’d love to make it again sometime!
Everything goes better with peanut butter on it! Love it!
I HAVE NOT TRY this recipe yet,but it sure does look very yummy. I guess I will have to wait until

I have been training for ironman and constantly get teased that after every tough workout (which is over 3 hours a day) I post on facebook that I have earned my fix of chocolate peanut butter and it by the spoonful and some days it is a jar at a time! I AM ADDICTED!!!!!!
