Grilled Peanut Butter S’mores

So you got the grill out and you miss your peanut butter fix. (Been there!) Don’t fret—make these simple s’mores for dessert and you’ll please the whole crowd! The grill temperature for s’mores is best when the fire is dying down, so it’s the perfect way to end your meal.
Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 3 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes
Yield: 8 servings
1 sleeve graham crackers, broken in half to form squares
8 large marshmallows, store-bought or homemade
8 ounces milk or semisweet chocolate, broken into 1-ounce piecesr
6-8 tablespoons Old Fashioned Smooth peanut butter
1. Preheat grill to medium-low. Line grill grates with foil.
2. Arrange half the graham crackers on the foil; top with chocolate and marshmallows. Cover grill; grill 2 to 3 minutes. Meanwhile, spread one side of remaining crackers with peanut butter; uncover grill and sandwich s’mores with remaining crackers. Serve immediately.
