Front of House (Counter Staff) Responsible for providing outstanding customer service to guests of the Peanut Butter & Co. sandwich shop in Greenwich Village.  Front of House staff perform the following tasks:     Greeting customers     Taking food orders     Serving food at tables     Bussing tables     Preparing coffee and soda fountain drinks     Preparing ice cream desserts and milkshakes     Taking phone (delivery) orders     Packaging take-out and delivery orders     Making occasional local deliveries     Stocking retail shelves     General cleaning of the shop This position requires an individual that is capable of lifting at least 25 lbs.  Some experience preferred, but training is available.  Punctuality, reliability, enthusiasm, and attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are all key to success in this position. Back of House (Counter Staff) Responsible for preparing and delicious food to visitors of the Peanut Butter & Co. sandwich shop in Greenwich Village.  Back of House staff perform the following tasks:     Cleaning, Chopping, and Cooking a variety of foods to prepare them for the day     Preparing food for service     Washing dishes     Bussing tables     Preparing coffee and soda fountain drinks     Preparing ice cream desserts and milkshakes     Taking phone (delivery) orders     Packaging take-out and delivery orders     Making occasional local deliveries     Stocking retail shelves     General cleaning of the shop This position requires an individual that is capable of lifting at least 25 lbs.  Some experience preferred, but training is available.  Punctuality, reliability, enthusiasm, and attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are all key to success in this position. Shift Manager Responsible for working with the Peanut Butter & Co. sandwich shop’s General Manager to ensure seamless operations and a positive experience for our guests.  In addition to being able to perform all of the duties of our Front of House and Back of House Staff, Shift Manager’s are responsible for:     Opening and closing of the shop     Receiving deliveries     Overseeing staff     Ensuring that all workplace policies are enforced     Training new employees This position requires an individual that is capable of lifting at least 25 lbs.  Some experience preferred, but training is available.  Punctuality, reliability, enthusiasm, and attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are all key to success in this position. Brand Ambassador Responsible for sampling Peanut Butter & Co. products at stores where are products are sold and at special events.  Brand Ambassador’s will distribute promotional materials and will answer questions about our products. This position requires an individual that is capable of lifting at least 25 lbs.  Some experience preferred, but training is available.  Punctuality, reliability, enthusiasm, and attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are all key to success in this position. This is a freelance position.  Upon submission of their Store Activity Report, Brand Ambassadors are paid via company check and will receive a 1099 from the Peanut Butter & Co. at the end of the tax year.
