PB Berry Smoothie with Make-Ahead Yogurt Ice Cubes

You'll Need:
For the Yogurt Ice Cubes:
Large Cube Silicone Ice Cube Tray
Plain Yogurt (you can use a plant based yogurt if you'd like)
Blueberries
Raspberries

For the Smoothie:
2 tbsp. Peanut Butter & Co. Vanilla Peanut Powder
3-4 yogurt ice cubes
1/2 cup milk (you can use plant based milk substitute if you'd like)

Directions:
For the Yogurt Ice Cubes:
Fill each cavity of the large cube silicone ice cube tray halfway with yogurt. Place 4-6 berries in each cavity. You can try making these cubes with different fruits such as slices of strawberries, blackberries, or chunks of plum. You can even add chia seeds, flax seeds, or shredded coconut! Freeze at least overnight, and save time when you make your next smoothie.

For the Smoothie:
Place 4-5 of the yogurt ice cubes in a blender. Add Peanut Butter & Co. Vanilla Peanut Powder (feel free to use more than 2 tablespoons if you'd like extra peanut buttery flavor - we understand). Pour milk on top and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
