Baked Stuffed Apple

You'll Need:
For stuffed apples:
4 small gala apples
1/4 cup Peanut Butter & Co. Original Peanut Powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon

For drizzle:
1/4 cup maple syrup
Approx. 3 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Original Peanut Powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Using a melon baller or spoon, scoop out the center of the apple, leaving about 1/4 inch apple on all sides. Discard the pieces of core and cut the remaining apple into small pieces.

In a small bowl, combine the pieces of apple, Peanut Butter & Co. Original Peanut Powder, rolled oats, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Mix well until combined and the mixture is thick and sticky.

Divide the mixture between the four apples, packing it into each cup, allowing the excess to "overflow" out of the top of the apple. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place apples on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until the top of the filling looks brown and toasty.

To make the drizzle, combine 1/4 of maple syrup with approximately 3 tablespoons of Peanut Butter & Co. Original Peanut Powder until it is a syrupy sauce. Drizzle a generous amount of sauce on top of apples and enjoy while warm!
