3 Ingredient White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Fudge
Who doesn’t love a delicious bite of peanut butter fudge? We’ve mixed things up a bit with a creamy white chocolate fudge chock full of crunchy peanut butter cookies! And with just 3 ingredients, it’s a snap to prepare, and perfect to serve at your next holiday party, gift to your favorite hostess, or leave out for Santa!

Ingredients
18 oz white chocolate chips or chunks
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
12 Peanut Butter & Co Peanut Butter Chip cookies, chopped
Directions
Pour the condensed milk into a large glass bowl and stir in the white chocolate. Heat in a microwave oven in 10 second increments until chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth after stirring.
Add the chopped cookies to the melted chocolate mixture and gently stir until just combined.
Pour the soft fudge into a lined 8x8 inch baking dish.
Chill for 2 and a half hours, or until the fudge is firm to the touch.
Cut into 1” x 2” pieces and enjoy. Will keep for up to a week in a sealed container.
